Suge Knight might get his rematch against the guy who knocked him out in one punch -- and it'll all go down in Las Vegas.
TMZ has learned that several Las Vegas promoters -- including Jeff Beacher of Beacher's Madhouse -- have invited Suge Knight and the guy who knocked him out to face up in a bare-knuckled cage match. If all goes to plan, the fight would go down on New Year's Eve and the winner would receive a cool million bucks.
Word is they have sent Suge Knight a letter to extend the invitation -- but they can't find the anonymous barber who delivered the punch.

How the mighty have fallen -- literally! Suge Knight was hit so hard by a man last night, he lost consciousness.
LOCATION: Shag nightclub in Hollywood.
LOWDOWN: A TMZ source was there last night, and witnessed Suge talking to a guy -- and the convo was friendly enough at first. Then it turned. Suge shouted, "I want my money!" Suge then rushed the guy with the help of his posse, and began hitting and kicking him. Get this -- during the fight, Suge put a random guy in a headlock, demanding his cellphone.
THE KNOCKOUT: People outside the club broke up the fight, and as the beatee got up, he landed a right hook to Suge's face, knocking him out cold. We're told Knight was out for nearly three minutes. His peeps then rushed him into a nearby SUV. BTW, after Suge woke up, he began yelling for the phone he had just taken from the random guy.
Just another night in H-Wood, folks.

Even though they had some hard words when Rosie bailed on "The View" last year, it seems like Ro and Barbara Walters are waaaaay past that -- and now TMZ knows whose corner Rosie's in when it comes to Babwa v. Star.
Rosie's rep tells TMZ, "Rosie loves Barbara ... always has and always will." Tellingly, no mention of Star, who Rosie replaced as one of the "View" yentas when Star so bitchily ditched the show the year before.
Barbara told ET earlier today that she didn't know anything about Star's Wednesday bitchbomb.

The guy who served comedian Mike Epps paternity court papers claims Epps served him something too -- a can of whoop ass! 
The victim told the Louisville Police Department he attempted to serve Epps while the comedian was backstage at Kentucky's Louisville Gardens. As the server was handing the papers over, he claims he was attacked by Epps and a few other guys. According to the police report, he suffered an abrasion to the right side of his head and his left eye was swollen shut.
Mike Epps is the prime suspect. Epps' reps couldn't be reached for comment.

A photographer for a Florida newspaper claims he was pummeled and robbed last night by R&B singer Chis Brown's bodyguards.
The photog, Luis Santana, was at a lounge in St. Petersburg, FL., where Brown was accompanied by Rihanna, and was having a private birthday party. Santana was told by the venue's security that he could take photographs outside, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
He claims when he snapped Chris Brown in an SUV, Brown's bodyguards chased him and forced him to the ground. One guard put his knee on Santana's jaw, and took his $3,000 camera.
Police are investigating. Chris Brown rep was not immediately available for comment.

A bold thief tried to jack 50 Cent's chain in Africa recently, but 50 jumped into the crowd to fight for his property. He's gonna get his chain or die tryin'!
In the video, you can see a crazy concert-goer jump on stage during Fiddy's set and yank his chain right off his neck. A G-Unit insider tells TMZ that what folks couldn't see was 50 actually jumped off the stage to follow the thief -- and punched the man who tried to jack him.
When asked what the end result of the scuffle was, our source replied, "The chain is around 50's neck right now."
A nasty fight broke out during the April 30 taping of "American Gladiators" -- and it involved a random "American Idol" reject from Season 1.
TMZ sources tell us a brawl erupted in the stands when a woman got punched in the face -- by a guy!!!
We're told three women and five men came to the rescue of the injured woman, where our source says they "literally tumbled down three rows of audience members ... flying left and right like bowling pins."
Making the mess crazier is that one of the guys with the injured girl was "American Idol" contestant Jules Sanchez from Season 1. Where's Simon when you need him?
A source from NBC tells TMZ, "There was a small altercation between fans in the stands that was quickly handled by security."
No police report was taken on the scene.
He may have single-handedly done in Barack Obama with his arrogance, but Reverend Jeremiah Wright's work still isn't done until his security messes with TMZ.
If he really wanted Barack to win, he'd just stay home.
